repose°

Weekly mini retreats · Woking · Guildford · London

90 minutes a week to Repose,
and find yourself again.

An expansive space to step off the hamster wheel, reset, and connect with others authentically. In person, in a small group, close to home.

Why weekly

It's not about a big, life-changing event. It's about bringing a little repose and space into your life. Change will follow.

No flights, no time off

A retreat that fits into an ordinary week.

Rhythm, not rescue

Like training, it works because it's regular. Don't wait until you're running on empty.

Room for you

Between work and family, 90 minutes that belong to no one else.

Every mini retreat follows the same flow

Move · Meditate · Sound and Rest · Reflect · Share

90 minutes, with blankets, cushions and tea. All movement is gentle and can be adapted, and you never have to share more than you want to.

A six-week cycle of themes

Each week explores a different part of how you're wired, drawing on ancient Eastern wisdom and modern psychology. Drop in any week, or book all six to go deeper with the same group.

Questions

Do I need to do yoga?

No. All movement is gentle and can be adapted to any body.

Is this therapy?

No. Repose is mindful practice, rest and facilitated reflection, with simple group agreements to keep the space safe.

What are the five elements?

A model from Traditional Chinese Medicine (Earth, Water, Wood, Fire and Metal), paired with ideas from chakra psychology. We use it as a map for understanding your energy, not a belief system.

Can I just come once?

Yes. Drop in any week. Many people start with one and find the rhythm from there.
