Does this sound familiar?

Work, family, everyone else. Then, maybe, you.
Your days run back to back, with no room to breathe.
Always busy, rarely moving towards what you want.
When did you last do something just for you?

Why Repose feels different

Movement, meditation, sound.

Mindful movement, meditation and sound, woven into one experience.

Ancient and modern.

Built on Western psychology, Chinese medicine and yoga philosophy, reaching different parts of your well-being.

Back to human beings.

Real connection, not technology. Phones away, people present.

why I created Repose

"Since the age of ten, I've been chasing the next thing, rarely stopping to relish, reflect or connect with what I'd achieved."

Years in tech and startups followed: striving, leading, always climbing, and shape-shifting to earn the applause. In the end, it led to burnout. Repose is what I learned on the way back: we don't need to stop everything, just to make regular room to breathe.
